Seasons: Spring and Fall
Pre-K (ages 3 and 4): Instructional league that introduces children, ages 3-4, to the fundamentals of the sport. Kids focus on the value of sportsmanship and healthy competition. League format includes 30 minutes of drills and skills, followed by 30 minutes of game play led by volunteer coaches. Practice and games are both held within one hour on Saturdays. A Jr. Mavericks t-shirt is included in the registration fee. You will receive this t-shirt from your coach on the first day of games.
Children must be 3 years old by August 20, 2016 and cannot turn 5 before October 8, 2016.
Practice and game times vary between 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. based on number of children enrolled.

Pre-season practices may be held and once the season starts the practice and game are both held within one hour on Saturdays. Practice and game times vary between 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. based on number of children enrolled. A YMCA Jr. Mavericks jersey is required for this league. Visit your local YMCA welcome center to pick up your jersey.
Spring Season Dates: Starts April 2, 2016 and runs for 6 weeks
Registration Date: January 1, 2016 – February 20, 2016
Fall Season Dates: Starts August 20, 2016 and runs for 6 weeks
Registration Date: May 1, 2016 – July 16, 2016
